As an Outreach Lead, you will work in a dynamic environment supporting the implementation of residential energy efficiency programs. The Outreach Lead plays a key role in customer outreach and collaborating with local partners, coordinating, and managing field operations and ensuring program goal attainment with partners and the internal program team. The Outreach Lead must be able to work in a remote/hybrid environment that requires both a technical acumen for single- and multifamily energy efficiency projects and a high standard of project and client management and operational excellence. Candidates must be located in or commutable to St. Louis, MO.

Compensation & Benefits
Resource Innovations offers competitive salaries based on a candidate's skills, experience and qualifications for the position. The compensation range for the base salary for this position is $65,000-$85,000. In addition to base pay, employees may be eligible for a discretionary annual bonus. The stated salary represents the expected compensation for this position. Final compensation will be determined based on factors such as the candidate's experience, education and location.
