Enforce adherence to ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and other relevant quality and environmental standards.
Implement and monitor corrective and preventive action (CAPA) processes.
Lead, mentor, and train quality technicians and inspectors.
Assign tasks, monitor performance, and provide feedback to team members.
Ensure the team follows standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety protocols.
Identify and implement process improvements to enhance quality and efficiency.
Work closely with engineering, production, and supply chain teams to resolve quality issues.
Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) for defects and implement corrective actions.
Maintain accurate documentation and reports related to quality metrics and compliance.
Collaborate with suppliers to resolve raw material quality issues.
Address customer concerns regarding product quality and drive resolution.
Participate in customer and third-party audits as required.
Qualifications & Skills:
High school diploma or equivalent required.
3+ years of experience in quality control within a manufacturing environment (solar or electronics preferred).
Strong knowledge of quality management systems (QMS), Six Sigma, and lean manufacturing principles.
Experience with tools such as FMEA, SPC, and Root Cause Analysis.
Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and quality management software.
Work Environment:
