The Project Operations Specialist supports project and legal teams during proposal and execution phases by managing documentation and resolving disputes. They are responsible for evaluating operational risks, maintaining agreement databases, and facilitating communication between stakeholders.
Candidates must have a bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience. A minimum of 3 years of experience in construction project management, specifically within the power delivery industry, is preferred.

The Project Operations Specialist will support both project operations and legal departments during the proposal and execution phases of assigned projects. They will assist project execution teams in resolving disputes with clients, affiliated, and third-party subcontractors.
