The Sales Representative will develop and penetrate new and existing accounts within the electrical sector, focusing on construction, industry, and energy segments. They are responsible for generating demand, identifying investment projects, and coordinating with distributors to close negotiations.
Candidates must hold a university degree, preferably in Electrical or Electromechanical Engineering, and possess at least 5 years of technical sales experience. Proven experience working with EPCs, contractors, and end-users in both private and government sectors is required.
Como Representante de Ventas en la división de Electrical Markets Division, tú serás la clave para desarrollar y penetrar cuentas nuevas y existentes en el sector eléctrico enfocado en segmentos de mercado Construcción e Industria (C&I), Mantenimiento (MRO), Energía (Utilities) y sub-segmentos Minería, Infraestructura, Oil & Gas, Energías Renovables, para el sector privado y gobierno.
Dar un enfoque en usuario final atendiendo firmas de ingeniería. EPC´s, Contratistas, Instaladores.
Generar nuevas oportunidades y prospectos.
Entender y analizar a la competencia.
Proporcionar información sobre tendencias del mercado e identificar proyectos de inversión donde se requiera de materiales eléctricos.
Proponer ideas y aterrizarlas en planes para crecer de manera acelerada la facturación, el crecimiento orgánico e incrementar la participación de nuestros productos en todos los mercados y canales que participamos.
Generar demanda a través de proyectos y pasar a canal para cierre de negociaciones con los distribuidores.
Para preparar tu camino hacia el éxito en esta posición desde el primer día, 3M está en búsqueda de candidatos que cuenten con:
Título universitario (muy deseable Ingeniería Eléctrica o Electromecánica)
Mínimo 5 años de experiencia en ventas técnicas.
Experiencia técnico comercial con EPC´s, Contratistas, Instaladores y usuarios finales, tanto en el sector privado como gobierno para cubrir sus necesidades.
Experiencia y habilidades adicionales que podrían ayudarte a tener aún más éxito en este rol:
Uso y manejo de CRM para gestión de proyectos.
Demostrar conocimiento en productos para baja, media y alta tensión.
Experiencia y habilidades en ventas para influir, comunicar y coordinar las actividades con los tomadores de decisiones dentro y fuera de la compañía para lograr los objetivos, representando de una manera consistente la marca en cumplimiento con el código de conducta de 3M.
Gestión y manejo de su tiempo, territorio y cuentas claves.
Conocimiento del sector eléctrico y segmentos Construcción, Industria, Infraestructura, Utilities, Oil & Gas, Energías Renovables y Mantenimiento.
Localización de trabajo: Este rol sigue un modelo remoto, en donde se requiere que la persona este basada en CDMX.
Viajes: Puede incluir hasta 80% de viajes nacionales.
