Sobre esta oportunidad
En WSP México, estamos en búsqueda de un/a Ingeniero/a Estructural Junior para integrarse a nuestro equipo, participando en el desarrollo de proyectos estructurales bajo la guía de profesionales senior y en coordinación con equipos multidisciplinarios.
Principales funciones del cargo
• Apoyar en el análisis y diseño de estructuras nuevas y existentes, de acuerdo con normativas y estándares técnicos aplicables.
• Compilar, analizar e interpretar información técnica necesaria para el desarrollo de proyectos estructurales.
• Elaborar documentación técnica, incluyendo memorias de cálculo, reportes, especificaciones y planos en AutoCAD y/o Revit.
• Verificar el cumplimiento de los requerimientos estructurales normativos y de calidad definidos para cada proyecto.
• Emitir opiniones técnicas en aspectos específicos del proyecto, acorde a su nivel de experiencia y bajo supervisión.
• Colaborar con el equipo en la mejora continua de procesos y procedimientos internos del área.
Requisitos y antecedentes profesionales
• Formación profesional en Ingeniería Civil, Ingeniería Estructural o carrera afín.
• Experiencia entre 1 y 3 años en proyectos estructurales en México y/o participación en proyectos bajo normativa de EE. UU.
• Experiencia en proyectos de pequeña escala, cumpliendo con los requerimientos específicos del cliente.
• Conocimientos básicos en ingeniería estructural y normativa asociada.
• Manejo de software de análisis y diseño estructural como SAP, SAFE, ETABS, RAM, RISA, TEKLA u otros similares.
• Experiencia en herramientas de dibujo y entorno BIM, como AutoCAD y Revit.
• Inglés nivel B1 (oral y escrito), con capacidad para comprender documentación técnica.
• Deseable experiencia en entornos colaborativos y proyectos de alcance internacional.
