Provides support to the Customer for evaluation of the effectiveness of training provided.
Experience and Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering. Master’s Degree is preferred.
Strong technical skills.
At least 8 years' experience in nuclear training programs for nuclear power plants and contractor oversight.
Experience in project-oriented activities.
Excellent report writing skills.

Ability to communicate, influence and persuade.
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English are essential, understanding of Russian is a plus.
Strong teamwork skills and ability to resolve conflict.
Organized and disciplined, capability to plan and schedule tasks and events.

Ability to advise the Customer on acceptance or rejection of Contractor training deliverables.
