Define and deliver Iberia-specific product ranges, using market, customer, climate and location insights to shape store, category and country-level plans.
Lead grading, option planning and sizing analysis, providing clear recommendations to Buying, Merchandising and Design teams.
Monitor sales performance, competitor activity and market trends to identify growth opportunities and optimise range profitability.
Partner with cross-functional teams, including Space Planning, Retail and Product, to ensure the right products are ranged in the right stores with the right space allocation.
Act as a trusted advisor across the business, delivering insight-led reports and presentations that influence product direction, investment decisions and trading actions.
Drive alignment between global product strategy and Iberia commercial priorities, ensuring local customer needs are reflected across seasonal, promotional and capsule ranges.

Proven ability to influence and challenge senior stakeholders across Buying, Merchandising and Design, using data-driven insights to shape product strategy and commercial decisions.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex data and market trends into clear, compelling recommendations.
Highly organised, detail-oriented and able to manage multiple priorities, delivering high-quality outcomes in a dynamic retail environment.
A proactive and collaborative approach, with the credibility to build strong cross-functional relationships, drive alignment and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
