Candidates must have 4+ years of DTC e-commerce experience in email/SMS marketing with a proven track record of managing retention for 8-figure brands. Strong analytical skills and experience managing external vendors are essential.

The Role
We're hiring a Retention & Lifecycle Lead to own the customer lifecycle of Plateful end-to-end.
This is not a project management or coordinator role. You will be responsible for the performance, strategy, and growth of our email and SMS channe, as well as managing all the customer communication pipeline. Execution support comes from an external agency (for now), but you are the owner of the outcome, not the person waiting on the agency's next update.
You set strategy, identify opportunities, make decisions, and hold the agency accountable for execution. The agency is an extension of your team, not the driver of the program.
You report directly to the CMO.
