The Identification Badge & Access Control Specialist is responsible for managing the issuance, programming, maintenance, and deactivation of identification badges and electronic access credentials for employees, contractors, vendors, and visitors. This role serves as a key partner in maintaining facility security and ensuring compliance with organizational policies and regulatory requirements.
The ideal candidate will possess extensive clerical and administrative experience, exceptional attention to detail, strong customer service skills, and advanced computer proficiency, particularly within the Microsoft Office Suite. This position requires the ability to manage confidential information, maintain accurate records, troubleshoot access issues, and communicate effectively with multiple departments.
Certifications: Lenel Certified Associate (LCA) within 1 year and HID Credential Management Training within 6 months,
