The Porter is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and safety of the community's indoor and outdoor common areas. Duties include performing general maintenance, landscaping, and ensuring the property remains free of debris and waste.
Candidates should have relevant janitorial or cleaning experience and the ability to work with minimal oversight. Applicants must be able to lift 50+ lbs and stand for 4-6 hour shifts.

POSITION SUMMARY: The Porter is primarily responsible for the overall cleanliness and safety of a Redstone community. This is accomplished by ensuring that all indoor and outdoor common areas and hallways are properly maintained. parking garages, etc. are cleaned regularly and kept clear of snow/ice and debris.
