They must manage digital and phone leads, coordinate showroom visits, and maintain strong customer relationships to drive sales.
Candidates should have at least one year of sales experience and possess strong negotiation and communication skills. A valid driver's license and the ability to obtain a California Vehicle Salesperson License are required.
