Provide high-level support by serving as a trusted point of contact for client questions and managing order needs. Responsibilities include maintaining accurate sales data, updating quotes, and coordinating with internal and external partners to resolve issues.
Candidates must possess strong communication skills and high attention to detail for managing customer and sales data. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel and Outlook, is required to support daily workflows.

We are looking for a detail-oriented, self-motivated professional who stays cool under pressure and is ready to provide high-level support to one of the most impactful individuals in our business at our Santa Monica location.
We are open to non-local candidates who can align with Pacific Time working hours.
Pay Range: $20.00 - $26.00 / Hourly
This position is bonus eligible and includes great incentives for high-impact performance.
