Requires a service-driven disposition and the ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25lbs. Candidates must have sound knowledge of food safety guidelines and flexibility to work weekends and holidays.
Position Summary
The Breakfast Attendant is responsible for the setup and takedown of the breakfast buffet. You must have excellent communication and social skills to greet and attend to our guests. Ensure all prep work is complete before meal service and prior to leaving for the day. Ensure food is of proper quality and maintain cleanliness and sanitation of all work surface areas, food service areas, coolers, tables, counters, chairs, and floor during breakfast hours.
