The General Sales Manager oversees overall dealership operations to meet sales forecasts, profit goals, and customer satisfaction objectives. This includes managing department heads, supervising staff, and ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local laws.
Candidates must have previous experience as a General Manager or General Sales Manager at a high-volume dealership. A valid California driver's license, a clean driving record, and a proven track record of achieving goals are required.

| Employees in this position will be paid a base salary, plus commissions. Commission amounts vary based on performance, but the expected average annual earning in this position are $175,000 to $230,000. |
