We are on the hunt for a Licensed Hairstylist for our Grasslands, Regina Retail Salon!
What You’ll Do
Deliver professional hair services including cutting, colouring, styling, and treatments, tailored to each clients’ needs and lifestyle.
Create memorable client experiences through consultation, artistry, and genuine connections.
Stay current on trends, techniques, and product knowledge to elevate your craft and recommendations.
Build and maintain a loyal clientele by delivering consistent, high-quality results and exceptional service.
Collaborate with your team to maintain a positive, inclusive, and high-energy salon environment.

What You Bring
Valid Hairstylist License in Saskatchewan.
Proven technical skills in cutting, colouring, styling, and finishing services
A passion for delivering exceptional client experiences from consultation to final look
Confidence recommending professional products to support care routines
Strong communication skills and the ability to build lasting client relationships
A positive, team-oriented mindset and willingness to collaborate in a fast-paced salon environment
Commitment to cleanliness, safety, and professional standards
Flexibility to work days, evenings, and weekends
Established clientele (considered an asset)
Demonstrated success in client retention, rebooking, and creating repeat experiences
Proven ability to meet or exceed service and retail performance goals
