The Construction Site Supervisor manages daily on-site electrical construction activities, ensuring projects are completed safely, on schedule, and within budget. This role leads site crews, acts as the primary liaison for stakeholders, and maintains strict adherence to quality and safety standards.
Candidates must possess a degree in Construction Management or a Journeyperson Electrician designation, along with 5–7 years of industry experience. A valid driver's license and a strong working knowledge of construction methods, safety regulations, and engineering drawings are required.

What You'll Do
Reporting to the Construction Manager, the Construction Site Supervisor is responsible for managing and overseeing all daily on-site electrical construction activities. This role leads electrical site crews to ensure projects are executed safely, efficiently, on schedule, and within budget. The Site Supervisor serves as the primary point of contact for the Project Manager, subcontractors, and the client, and is accountable for timely and accurate crew timesheet submission.
