The Finance Coordinator supports the financial team with cash management, bank reconciliations, and AP/AR processing. They are also responsible for maintaining accurate financial records and assisting with month-end reporting activities.
Candidates must have a post-secondary certification, diploma, or degree in Accounting or Finance. A minimum of 2 years of experience in accounting, bookkeeping, or a finance-related role is required.

We are experiencing significant expansion and are looking to expand our team with the addition of a Finance Coordinator. The Finance Coordinator supports the financial team with cash management, and bank account reconciliations, as well as AP/AR support ensuring financial records and reporting are accurate and up to date. This is a support role for the financial accounting team and doesn’t have any direct reports. This is a full-time, permanent position.
