ABOUT THE TEAM
Joining our team as a Sales Associate, you will report directly to the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager in a collaborative, high-energy environment built on shared success. In this role, your daily performance will directly impact store goals and influence our upbeat team culture. Physical requirements:
Must be able to stand up to 100% of working time during a work shift standing and moving. This role involves constant moving, communicating, reaching, grabbing and standing for the entire work shift. Occasionally involves stooping, kneeling, crouching and climbing ladders. Must be able to lift up to 40 pounds.
