Assist the Housekeeping Manager in maintaining hotel cleanliness and hygiene standards across guest rooms and public areas. Supervise, coach, and inspect the work of housekeeping staff while managing supplies and reporting maintenance issues.
Requires 1-3 years of housekeeping experience, preferably in a hotel, with advanced knowledge of cleaning chemicals. Candidates must be flexible with scheduling, including weekends and holidays, and be physically able to lift 20 lbs.

The Courtyard & Residence Inn by Marriott, located in the Brier Creek/RDU area of Raleigh, is hiring for a full-time Housekeeping Supervisor. The person hired for this position will need flexibility to work 9am-5pm or 12pm-8pm; weekday and weekend availability is required.
PRIMARY PURPOSE: To assist the Housekeeping Manager/Executive Housekeeper in maintaining an attractive and clean hotel in accordance with brand and company standards.

JOB SETTING AND PHYSICAL DEMANDS
Employees in this position work primarily indoors. To perform the job successfully the candidate must be able to lift, push, pull and carry a minimum weight of approximately 20 lbs, stand for long periods of time, kneel, bend and crawl, squat and crouch, and tolerate exposure to dust and cleaning chemicals.
