Requires 2-5 years of experience in multifamily maintenance or construction and a mandatory EPA section 608 Type 2 certification. Candidates must possess advanced knowledge of mechanical systems and a valid driver's license.
POSITION SUMMARY
The Maintenance Technician III position is responsible for the maintenance and general condition of RedPeak’s properties. Key responsibilities include repair and maintenance of properties heating and cooling systems, general property maintenance, preventative maintenance, maintenance service requests, property safety, and security systems, monitoring the work of outside contractors, on-call, grounds work, pool maintenance, and assisting with other maintenance tasks when needed.

Pay: $28.00-$30.00/hour plus bonus potential
