NextCare Urgent Care is looking for an energetic and enthusiastic Radiology Technician (RT) or Practical Technologist in Radiology (PTR) / Medical Assistant that likes the challenge of a fast pace setting and working in a team environment. The Radiology Technician (RT) or Practical Technologist in Radiology (PTR) / Medical Assistant is responsible for performing patient care duties under the Radiology & Medical Assistant scope of practice in the urgent care setting as follows:
The Radiology Technician (RT) or Practical Technologist in Radiology (PTR) / Medical Assistant supports the organization with customer service and treating all of our patients with respect and dignity. They provide patient care services in the back office urgent care setting, which will meet the specific needs of the patient.
Education: Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent; AND diploma or certificate from an accredited radiology school AND
License: Certified Radiology Technician (RT) or Practical Technologist in Radiology (PTR)
Certification: Current healthcare professional level CPR certification issued by American Heart Association, American Red Cross, American Safety Health Institute or National Safety
