Lead and motivate the sales team to meet monthly and annual revenue quotas while managing account strategies and customer satisfaction. Oversee daily division workflow, recruit and train staff, and coordinate with the purchasing department to manage product availability.
Requires a high school diploma, 3+ years of sales experience in the Japanese food industry, and at least 1 year of managerial experience. Proficiency in both English and Japanese is required, along with a valid driver's license and a clean driving record.

Currently, we import, manufacture, and distribute over 8,000 Japanese foods, beverages, restaurant equipment and supplies.
