The Sales Agent is responsible for sourcing and developing leads while prospecting to build a profitable business. They must also provide excellent customer service and maintain retention while meeting monthly sales goals.
Candidates must possess a high school diploma, with a college degree preferred, and have strong organizational and communication skills. Successful completion of background, credit, and drug screenings is required, along with the ability to maintain insurance licenses.
