The Account Manager is responsible for maintaining and growing an existing customer base while prospecting for new business opportunities. They must develop territory business plans, provide value-added solutions to customers, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure profitable sales.
Candidates must have a high school diploma or GED, with a bachelor's degree preferred, and 2-4 years of B2B sales experience. Strong interpersonal, analytical, and CRM skills are required, along with a valid driver's license and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Account Manager is responsible for developing and maintaining strong customer relationships. In partnership with assigned customers, Account Manager understands the customer’s business needs and creates solutions, guiding and advising for the profitable sale of any and all Mac Papers products - Packaging & Paper. Account Manager must work to maintain existing business while also finding new sales leads, through prospecting, business directories, client referrals, etc. (This is meant to be a guide. Duties may vary dependent upon management.)
