The Guest Service Specialist manages front-end guest flow, cash operations, and team leadership to ensure an exceptional shopping experience. They are responsible for maintaining store sanitation, supporting digital fulfillment orders, and upholding operational standards.
Candidates must have at least 2 years of experience in retail, grocery, or hospitality operations and be at least 18 years old. The role requires the ability to lift up to 50 pounds and maintain a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.

Are you known for your attention to detail and multitasking? Ready to take charge behind the scenes and keep our store moving at full speed? As the Guest Service Specialist, you will be the store’s front-end point person for hospitality, guest flow and cash operations. You lead by example by maintaining efficiency, merchandising front-end displays and ensuring consistent execution of cash office controls and audits making sure every guest leaves with an exceptional last impression. This role embodies passion, excellence, hospitality, and teamwork, delivering an exceptional guest experience while maintaining operational standards.
This position requires the willingness to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, days, evenings, and holidays.
