You will act as a destination expert to recommend and sell holidays, cruises, and UK breaks to customers. You are responsible for achieving sales targets while providing exceptional customer service in a face-to-face and virtual retail environment.
The ideal candidate possesses excellent customer service skills and a strong drive to meet sales objectives. You must be organized, adaptable to change, and able to work a varied shift pattern including weekends and evenings.
