The Closing Assistant manages the end-to-end closing process, including preparing settlement statements, obtaining clear titles, and coordinating loan documents. They are also responsible for greeting customers, handling fund disbursements, and recording documents with state and county agencies.
Candidates must have a High School Diploma or equivalent and be able to obtain a Title License and Colorado Notary Commission within 90 days of hire. The role requires proficiency in real estate closing strategies and the ability to work in-office full-time.
The Closing Assistant provides file processing, pre-typing and disbursing in support of the closing function. In addition, the Closing Assistant assists in preparing closing disclosures and/or settlement statements, obtains clear title and may present real estate and loan documents when required. We are seeking a Closing Assistant to join our DTC Team.
This is an in-office position, Monday - Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm.
