The salesperson is responsible for providing an excellent selling experience for DIY customers and achieving personal and store sales goals. They must also maintain store product standards, manage inventory processes, and perform basic automotive services like battery and wiper installations.
Candidates should have 2-3 years of successful sales experience in a retail environment and possess basic automotive system knowledge. The role requires the ability to lift up to 100 pounds, work flexible hours including weekends, and effectively communicate in English.
