The Optometric Technician is responsible for conducting patient pre-screenings and vision tests to assist the optometrist. They maintain the professional appearance of the office and ensure all equipment is properly maintained.
Candidates must be fluent in reading and speaking both English and Spanish with strong customer service skills. Previous retail or optical experience is preferred but not required as training is provided.

The optometric technician is key for keeping patient flow efficient, assisting the optometrist by conducting pre-screenings and testing prior to the Doctor’s examination. The valuable vision tests they conduct help the optometrist provide the best care possible. This position does not require optical experience or certification, training provided!
