The Community Care Navigator position is a full-time, 40 hours per week (non-exempt, benefits eligible) and will primarily take place at the NLC warehouse. The Community Care Navigator plays a vital role in connecting donated resources to individuals, families, schools, churches, and nonprofit organizations throughout the Chicagoland area. This position assists with community distributions, partner deliveries, food box distribution, warehouse operations, inventory support, volunteer engagement, and crisis response efforts. This position will assist the Director of Donations and Resources as needed. This is a hands-on warehouse position. Flexibility is essential, as priorities may change based on organizational needs, donor opportunities, partner requests, and emergency response efforts. Occasional evening, weekend, local travel, and emergency response work may be required. This position is in-person.
