The Sales Associate is responsible for driving store sales through high-quality customer engagement and personalized shoe recommendations. They also manage daily retail operations including pricing, shipment processing, and maintaining store organization.
Candidates should have a high school diploma or GED and the ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays. Physical ability to lift up to 40 lbs and stand for extended periods is required.
