What You’ll Be Doing
As an Assistant Store Manager, you’ll play a key role in driving the commercial success of the store. Working closely with the Store Manager, you’ll help lead the team, deliver strong results, and ensure store operations run smoothly — stepping up to take full responsibility when required.
Here’s how you’ll make it happen:
Supporting the Store Manager in delivering sales, KPIs, and profit opportunities
Driving daily and weekly performance through clear targets, floor leadership, and commercial focus
Monitoring KPIs and team performance, running reports, and supporting action plans to improve results
Taking ownership of store operations including stock management, payroll, rotas, and administrative tasks
Leading, coaching, and developing the team through training, feedback, and strong product knowledge
Acting as a role model on the shop floor by delivering exceptional customer service and living our brand values
Ensuring high standards of visual merchandising, brand presentation, and store standards at all times
Taking full responsibility for the store in the Store Manager’s absence
