As a Partner Agent, you build your own lettings business with the systems, compliance support and structure already in place so you can focus on growing your income rather than managing risk.

Earnings Potential

Let four properties per month and earn over £70,000 in your first year. You receive 70% of the letting fees and property management fees you generate.

• Based on an average monthly rent of £1,325

• Personal Branding: You become the recognised face of lettings in your local area, with marketing built around your name and reputation to position you as the go-to letting professional.

• Marketing Materials: A fully branded business-in-a-box package with digital assets, social content, direct mail and branded merchandise.

• Tools and Technology: Market-leading platforms including a purpose-built CRM, Rightmove, Propoly, PayProp, FlatFair and more.

Who We Are Looking For

• Experienced lettings professional, portfolio manager or property manager

• Strong knowledge of lettings legislation and compliance requirements

• Existing network of landlords and investors is an advantage
