Responsabilités
• Gérer le cycle complet de paie mensuelle : collecte, préparation, contrôle, validation et réconciliation.
• Collaborer avec notre prestataire de paie afin d’assurer des versements exacts et ponctuels.
• Vérifier l’ensemble des éléments variables : heures travaillées, heures supplémentaires, primes, congés payés, arrêts maladie, indemnités de départ.
• Garantir le respect du droit du travail français, des conventions collectives, des obligations sociales et fiscales (URSSAF, DSN, cotisations).
• Analyser, rapprocher et corriger les écarts dans les rapports de paie.
• Assurer la conformité de tous les processus RH aux réglementations françaises et au RGPD.
• Appliquer les principes de minimisation des données, anonymisation/pseudonymisation.
• Travailler avec les équipes internes pour optimiser les flux de données et maintenir une documentation rigoureuse.
• Soutenir les opérations RH sur l’ensemble du parcours collaborateur : intégration, modifications contractuelles, sorties.
• Garantir l’exactitude des données RH utilisées pour la paie (temps de travail, avantages, changements de poste).
• Maintenir une documentation conforme (transport, titres-restaurant, dossiers de congés, avantages).
• Collaborer avec l’équipe RH centrale pour assurer des flux d’information fluides et conformes au RGPD.
• Être le point de contact principal des collaborateurs pour toutes les questions relatives à la paie, aux congés, aux avantages et aux politiques RH.
• Fournir un support clair, précis et réactif sur toutes les demandes RH.
Compétences requises
• Diplôme en Ressources Humaines, Administration, Gestion ou domaine équivalent.
• 2 à 5 ans d’expérience en RH en France, avec une forte exposition à la paie.
• Solide connaissance du droit du travail français, des règles de paie, URSSAF, DSN et cotisations sociales.
• Expérience avec un prestataire de paie ou un logiciel de paie.
• Bonne compréhension du RGPD et des bonnes pratiques de protection des données RH.
• Grande rigueur, sens du détail, confidentialité et excellentes compétences organisationnelles.
• Maîtrise du français et très bon niveau d’anglais.
