The Returns Associate processes returned merchandise by inspecting, categorizing, and distributing items to their proper locations. They also maintain accurate customer account notes and report distribution issues to the supervisor.
Candidates should have 1-2 years of experience in a warehouse or distribution environment and possess basic computer skills. Fluent verbal and written communication in English is required to perform duties effectively.
Schedule - 8:00am - 12:00pm
Shop LC is looking for enthusiastic and detail-orientated people to join our warehouse returns department! Fluent English and basic computer skills are required for this role. Starting pay is $20 an hour. The Returns Associate will process product returns and information while supporting the warehouse staff and other departments within a 24/7, high-volume, fast-paced working environment. The Returns Associate will answer questions, input accurate return information on customer accounts and perform general warehouse duties, including material picks and deliveries, and warehouse cleanup.
