The Senior Maintenance Manager leads the onsite maintenance team to ensure efficient operation of machinery and systems while maintaining high customer satisfaction. They are responsible for managing budgets, overseeing capital projects, and ensuring compliance with all regulatory laws and safety standards.
Candidates must have at least 10 years of residential maintenance experience and 5 years of supervisory experience in facilities management. Required certifications include an EPA Section 608 Universal Certification and a current driver's license.
