The Maintenance Technician is responsible for performing routine maintenance, repairs, and service requests to ensure the community remains safe and functional. They also prepare vacant apartments for new residents and maintain property grounds through daily upkeep and snow removal.
Candidates must have experience in apartment maintenance or hotel engineering, specifically in plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems. A valid driver's license, the ability to lift 50 pounds, and the capacity to live within a one-hour response time for emergency calls are required.

As our Maintenance Technician, you'll be responsible for maintaining the community, completing service requests, performing preventative maintenance, and preparing apartments for new residents. Your technical expertise and commitment to quality help create a place our residents are proud to call home. Whether you're troubleshooting a maintenance issue or completing an apartment turn, you'll have a direct impact on the resident experience every day.
This position is scheduled Monday through Friday and includes participation in a rotating on-call schedule to respond to emergency maintenance needs during evenings and weekends.
