The Operations Associate is responsible for executing store operations including pricing, signing, restocking merchandise, and unloading trucks. They also contribute to omnichannel efforts such as buy online pickup in store and ship from store to ensure an outstanding customer experience.
Candidates must have 1-2 years of retail experience and the ability to work early morning shifts. The role requires strong problem-solving skills, physical capability for stocking tasks, and a commitment to maintaining store standards.
