The Customer Service Coordinator is responsible for scheduling and confirming repair service calls while acting as a liaison between customers and technicians. They must also resolve service issues, adhere to warranty guidelines, and complete necessary reports.
Candidates must possess strong computer, communication, and time management skills, with the ability to work independently and multi-task. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, and prior call center or dispatch experience is preferred.
