Summary of Functions
Responsible for cleaning cottages and RV Resort facilities while maintaining Good Sam 10/10/10 service standards, Four-Diamond hospitality standards, and Kalispel Hospitality values. Ensures guest accommodations and resort facilities are clean, safe, well-maintained, and prepared to deliver an exceptional guest experience.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Ensures compliance with Kalispel Tribe of Indians Internal Controls and Northern Quest Resort & Casino policies and procedures.
Maintains Good Sam 10/10/10 and Kalispel Hospitality service standards in all guest and team member interactions.
Provides exceptional guest service while anticipating and responding to guest needs, concerns, and special requests.
Cleans cottages and RV Resort facilities in accordance with established cleanliness, safety, and service standards.
Maintains Four-Diamond service standards throughout all assigned duties.
Properly cares for and maintains cleaning equipment, supplies, and assigned work materials.
Reports damages, missing items, maintenance concerns, found property, and equipment issues promptly to leadership.
Maintains security and accountability of assigned passkeys.
Keeps work carts and cleaning areas organized, clean, and properly stocked.
Uses only approved cleaning products and chemicals in accordance with department standards.
Demonstrates professionalism, courtesy, and a positive attitude when interacting with guests and team members.
Works collaboratively with team members to maintain high service and cleanliness standards.
Utilizes effective interpersonal communication skills when engaging with guests, team members, and leadership.
Shares information with other departments to support operational success and guest satisfaction.
Maintains guest confidentiality standards.
Maintains knowledge of resort emergency procedures and safety protocols.
Complies with all resort safety, security, and loss prevention procedures.
Protects company assets and property.
Maintains regular attendance and punctuality.
Assists with additional resort duties as assigned, including site setup and light maintenance functions.
May be required to serve as a panelist for Internal Review Hearings.
Performs additional duties as assigned by management.
Supervisory Responsibilities
This position has no supervisory responsibilities.
Education & Experience
High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) preferred.
Three (3) to six (6) months of related experience and/or training preferred.
Experience in a Good Sam 10/10/10 resort environment preferred but not required.
Extensive on-the-job training provided.
Skills & Abilities
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and other computer software systems.
Ability to read and comprehend instructions, correspondence, and operational documents.
Ability to write simple business correspondence.
Ability to effectively communicate with guests, team members, and leadership.
Basic mathematical skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, percentages, and ratios.
Ability to follow written and verbal instructions with attention to detail.
Ability to resolve routine issues using sound judgment and common sense.
Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Other Requirements
Ability to obtain and maintain a Kalispel Tribal Gaming License.
Hepatitis A and B vaccinations required.
Valid Washington or Idaho Driver’s License required and must be carried while operating Tribal vehicles.
Ability to work nights, weekends, holidays, and varying schedules as business needs require.
