The role involves handling confidential information, including patient health information (PHI), requiring the technician to demonstrate ethical behavior and a strong respect for security and privacy protocols to ensure compliance and protect sensitive data.

40 hours per week - First Shift
Monday through Friday from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM
On-Call Rotation
High School Diploma
Ability to install and troubleshoot Microsoft Windows 10 & 11 operating system, Office 365, and other business applications as well as end-user computers and peripherals.
Demonstrate well-rounded customer service and communication skills.
Python Scripting and/or Linux Scripting is desirable.
