The Production Supervisor leads, plans, and directs daily manufacturing activities while working alongside the crew. They are responsible for driving safety, quality, and productivity while managing and motivating staff to meet operational goals.
The role requires a hands-on leader capable of enforcing operating procedures and improving facility efficiency. Candidates must be able to perform physical tasks and work in a loud, industrial environment.
The Production Supervisor will be responsible for leading, planning, organizing, and directing all daily production activities for Lebanon, Tennessee operations. This position is a working Supervisor who will be working side by side with their crew.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
· Plans and directs plant operations.
· Focuses on driving Safety, quality, and productivity.
· Develops, implements, and enforces operating methods and procedures designed to eliminate operating problems and improve product quality and revenue.
· Provides leadership, management, and motivation to attain high levels of employee achievement and retention.
· Accomplishes manufacturing staff results by communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results; coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees; initiating, coordinating, and enforcing systems, policies, and procedures.
· Develops and recommends improvements of facilities, equipment, or procedures to improve safety, quality, and efficiency.

Work Schedule
2pm-10pm Monday through Friday. Mandatory overtime according to business needs.

· The noise level in the work environment is usually very loud.
· While performing the duties of this job, the employee regularly works near moving mechanical parts.
· The buildings are heated during the winter, but conditions could be cold in the winter & hot during the summer.
· The processing areas are dirty & wet at times. Processing facilities/ areas are dusty.
