The Assistant Manager is responsible for the efficient execution of feedstock logistics, including shipping coordination, documentation management, and inventory monitoring. They also drive process improvements and ensure compliance with contractual terms and internal controls.
Candidates must hold a Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field. A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in feedstock operations, commodity trading, or logistics is required.
Job Purpose:
The Assistant Manager, Feedstock Operations is responsible for ensuring the efficient and accurate execution of feedstock logistics operations, including shipping coordination, documentation management, inventory monitoring and ERP System implementation & improvement. The role supports seamless CIF and FOB trade execution while minimizing operational risks such as demurrage and documentation discrepancies.
This position also drives continuous improvement by enhancing reporting, streamlining operational processes, and ensuring timely, accurate data visibility for decision-making. The incumbent is expected to work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure responsive, reliable, and compliant operations, while contributing to overall supply chain efficiency and cost optimization.
