Job Summary:

You will responsible to support and participate in EcoCeres's sustainability operations, including ESG implementation, ISCC compliance, documentation management, and certification activities. It involves executing sustainability processes, verifying data and traceability, managing documentation, and monitoring compliance to meet certification standards, regulatory requirements, and customer expectations. You need to ensure a clear distinction between strategic planning and operational execution. It also contributes to ESG initiatives through reporting support, KPI tracking, supplier coordination, CSR activities, and governance implementation. You may be assigned one or multiple roles based on defined work processes, as outlined in the organization’s role matrix and management system repository.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Sustainability Operational Management:
• Perform sustainability operational support activities related to ISCC, ESG, sustainability traceability, and compliance requirements.
• Verify Sustainability Declaration (SD) documents for inbound and outbound products prior to operational processing and payment release.
• Conduct sustainability operational data verification and reconciliation activities.
• Ensure sustainability-related operational records and supporting documents are accurate, complete, and traceable.
• Coordinate with Feedstock Operations and related departments on sustainability operational requirements.
• Maintain sustainability operational filing systems and records management.

2. ESG Support and Sustainability Reporting:
• Support implementation of ESG initiatives and sustainability-related programs.
• Assist in ESG data collection, consolidation, monitoring, and reporting activities.
• Support preparation of ESG reports, sustainability KPI tracking, and management reporting.
• Assist in CSR and sustainability engagement programs.
• Monitor sustainability-related action items and ESG performance indicators.
• Support sustainability awareness and communication initiatives within the organization.

3. ISCC and Certification Support:
• Support implementation and maintenance of ISCC and other sustainability certification systems.
• Prepare and maintain sustainability certification documentation and records.
• Support internal and external sustainability audits.
• Assist in audit preparation, evidence compilation, and corrective action follow-up.
• Monitor supplier sustainability documents and certification validity.
• Support sustainability due diligence and traceability verification activities.

4. Sustainability Documentation and System Management:
• Maintain sustainability procedures, forms, templates, and related documentation.
• Support document control activities related to sustainability and ESG systems.
• Ensure sustainability records are properly maintained, updated, and retrievable.
• Support sustainability system improvement and digitalization initiatives.
• Assist in sustainability database management and reporting system maintenance.

5. Compliance and Continuous Improvement:
• Ensure compliance with applicable sustainability, ESG, ISCC, and regulatory requirements.
• Support sustainability compliance monitoring and verification activities.
• Identify sustainability operational gaps and support improvement initiatives.
• Participate in sustainability inspections, assessments, and compliance reviews.
• Support implementation of corrective and preventive actions related to sustainability matters.

6. Stakeholder Coordination:
• Liaise with internal departments regarding sustainability operational requirements and ESG support activities.
• Coordinate with suppliers and external parties for sustainability documentation and traceability requirements.
• Support communication with certification bodies and auditors during sustainability audits and assessments.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Environmental Management, Sustainability, Engineering, Science, ESG, HSSE, or equivalent disciplines.
  • Additional certification or exposure in ESG, ISCC, sustainability reporting, or management systems is an added advantage.
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience in sustainability, ESG, ISCC compliance, or related fields.
  • Experience in palm oil refinery, biofuel, oleochemical, manufacturing, or chemical industry is preferred.
  • Knowledgeable in sustainability certifications, ESG concepts, and traceability systems.
  • Familiar with ISCC requirements, sustainability operational processes, and ESG reporting practices.
  • Strong documentation management and operational verification skills.
  • Proficient in data analysis, reporting, and record management.
  • Good coordination and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and reporting tools.
  • Able to work independently and manage multiple assignments effectively.
