Candidates must have at least three years of experience as a full-time ski or snowboard instructor and a high school diploma or equivalent. Preferred qualifications include two years of supervisory experience in the industry and PSIA/AASI Level 2 certification or higher.

Job Summary:
The Assistant Manager - Product Management is a member of the Beaver Creek Ski & Snowboard School management team responsible for the overall quality, performance, and guest experience of all assigned lesson and program offerings. This role provides leadership and support to a team of supervisors and instructors while serving as the primary liaison between the Location Manager, supervisory team, and product sales team to ensure alignment in program delivery, operational execution, and business objectives. The Product Manager is accountable for maintaining exceptional product standards, driving continuous improvement, and ensuring all lesson products consistently deliver an Experience of a Lifetime for our guests. This position is also responsible for forecasting staffing needs and ensuring lesson products are appropriately staffed to meet projected business demand and operational goals.
