Overview:
The CBS Stations’ Local Ad Sales team is tasked with driving all local revenue across the 28 owned & operated CBS Television Stations and all Paramount Streaming & digital assets.
Position Overview:
CBS Stations/Paramount is seeking an experienced, high-performing sales executive to lead strategic partnerships with the industry’s top advertising agencies. This highly visible role will be responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding Paramount’s share of business across the full Paramount Skydance portfolio, including CBS Stations, Paramount+, Pluto TV, and more.
As a key member of the Key Agency Team, this individual will serve as a senior sales lead and trusted partner to major agency stakeholders, developing high-impact, multi-platform advertising solutions across linear, streaming, and digital platforms. The role requires a strategic seller with deep agency relationships, remarkable consultative sales skills, and the ability to influence and grow business at the highest levels of the advertising ecosystem.

Hiring Salary Range: $100,000.00 - 145,000.00.
The hiring salary range for this position applies to New York, California, Colorado, Washington state, and most other geographies. Starting pay for the successful applicant depends on a variety of job-related factors, including but not limited to geographic location, market demands, experience, training, and education. The benefits available for this position include medical, dental, vision, 401(k) plan, life insurance coverage, disability benefits, tuition assistance program and PTO or, if applicable, as otherwise dictated by the appropriate Collective Bargaining Agreement. This position is eligible to earn sales incentive compensation.
