MTSI is seeking a highly skilled Senior Acquisition Program Analyst with an active TS/SCI clearance to directly support a Program Office. This role involves providing acquisition support, financial analysis, and program resource integration for customer development efforts in Washington, DC.
The Senior Acquisition Program Analyst will assist the U.S. Air Force program office in managing the cost, schedule, and performance for a portfolio of high-priority development efforts. The ideal candidate will have Department of War (DoW) acquisition expertise as a senior financial manager including experience in the Department’s programming, budgeting, resource allocation, and execution processes. The candidate will have a depth of experiences from both the major acquisition Program and Agency perspectives. The candidate will interact daily and support customer program managers, financial managers, and technical subject matter experts to ensure programs are resourced and executing in accordance with the customers goals.
Required Skills:
20+ years of relevant experience in DoW acquisition and financial management.
Proven experience with the DoW acquisition and financial management processes including budgeting and executing resources to deliver large acquisition programs.
Demonstrated proficiency in the DoW’s Planning, Programming, Budgeting, and Execution (PPB&E) process.
Experience leading Congressional budget reporting.
Program control experience assessing cost and schedule integration using Earned Value Management (EVM), managing resource flows, and identifying and mitigating risks.
Willing to travel ~20% of the time.
Excellent spoken, written, and interpersonal skills.
Skilled at problem solving, adept at coordinating with high-level decision makers and a demonstrated ability to excel and lead within a high performing, cross functional team.
10 years or more of DoW and / or USAF Special Access Programs experience.
Educational Requirements:
BS Degree in a related discipline.
Masters Degree in a related field Desired.
Clearance Requirements: Current TS/SCI clearance required.
The pay range for this position is $180,000/year to $230,000/year; however, base pay offered may vary depending on established government contract ranges, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience, and other factors. MTSI offers a full range of medical benefits, 401k, ESOP, paid time off, and other benefits, dependent on the position offered. Base pay information is based on market location.
