The analyst will manage the vendor intake and onboarding process, ensuring all risk assessments and documentation meet regulatory requirements. They will act as a liaison between internal stakeholders and external vendors to monitor ongoing risk and maintain accurate vendor records.
Requires 3+ years of experience in vendor management, TPRM, or compliance, preferably within the financial services industry. A postsecondary degree in Business, Finance, or Risk Management is required along with proficiency in Microsoft Office.

The Vendor Management and Risk Analyst is a newly created vacancy that will support processes related to vendor intake, onboarding, and ongoing vendor management including Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM) within a regulated financial services environment
Working closely with Procurement and Risk Management teams, you will assist with collecting documentation, coordinating approvals, and confirming vendors meet internal policy and regulatory requirements over the lifecycle of the relationship.
