Reporting into the Vice President of Sales, you will lead a high-performing sales team while collaborating cross-functionally to deliver exceptional customer outcomes and achieve ambitious growth objectives.
Sales Leadership

Develop and maintain executive-level relationships with strategic Property Management clients, industry stakeholders, and key decision-makers.
Personally sponsor and lead high-value sales pursuits, negotiations, and contract renewals across priority accounts.
Drive new logo acquisition and expansion opportunities across all markets in which Reliance operates.
Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive activity to inform strategic decision-making and sales planning.
Own business performance, including revenue achievement, forecasting accuracy, profitability, and key performance indicators.
Identify barriers to growth and implement continuous improvement initiatives that accelerate sales performance.
Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team of sales professionals, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Recruit, develop, and retain top sales talent while creating meaningful development opportunities for team members.
Establish disciplined sales management practices, including pipeline reviews, account planning, business reviews, opportunity strategy sessions, forecasting, and relationship mapping.
Champion Reliance's sales methodology and drive consistent adoption of best-in-class selling practices.
Partner with internal stakeholders across Operations, Finance, Marketing, Product, Customer Experience, and other business units to ensure alignment and successful execution of client strategies.
Foster open, transparent communication and maintain a high-performance culture focused on customer success and business results.
Provide regular business updates, forecasts, and performance reporting to senior leadership.
Lead special projects and strategic initiatives as required.
Sales Operations & Commercial Excellence
Ensure pricing, proposals, and commercial agreements align with company policies and profitability objectives.
Drive CRM excellence, ensuring accurate pipeline management, forecasting, reporting, and opportunity tracking.
Oversee sales reporting and performance analytics to identify growth opportunities and improve business outcomes.
Support complex RFP responses, contract negotiations, and strategic client presentations.
Develop scalable sales processes, tools, and client engagement programs that support sustained growth.
Establish and monitor performance metrics for prospecting, customer engagement, opportunities, bids, and wins.
Develop a structured cadence for Quarterly Business Reviews and strategic account planning.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to continuously improve processes and enhance the customer experience.
Provide recommendations and input into annual planning, budgeting, and target-setting activities.
Support enterprise sales initiatives and other strategic projects as assigned.

Skills, Experience & Qualifications
