As Director Transactions, you will play a key role in supporting the Chief Business Officer (CBO) and Vice President of Transactions in the execution of business development activities. Your focus will be on valuation analysis, managing deal processes, and communicating updates to senior management and the Board of Directors. You will supervise and direct financial modeling to provide analytical rigor to support transaction decision-making. You will be the hub for cross-functional due diligence, draft term sheets and definitive agreements, and develop clear, compelling presentations. This role offers an opportunity to gain significant exposure to high-profile deals in the biopharma sector, while collaborating with senior leadership and cross-functional teams.

Base compensation for this position ranges from $230,000 to $250,000. Actual base compensation will be determined based on a variety of factors including experience, qualifications, job-related knowledge, demonstrated skills and geographic location. The company reserves the right to modify base salary ranges at any time. In addition, this position is eligible for participation in Lakefront Biotherapeutics’ performance bonus plan.
