The Design Consultant is responsible for setting appointments and meeting with customers to determine design needs for tile, wood, and stone products. They manage the design process from initial engagement to post-purchase follow-up using tools like SketchUp and Salesforce.
Candidates need at least one year of interior design experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience, with retail sales experience preferred. Proficiency in basic math, computer skills, and the ability to work retail hours including weekends is required.

The Design Consultant is responsible for setting appointments, meeting with customers in store and to determine design needs in the selection of tile, wood, stone, and installation products of various colors textures, patterns, and design. Full-Time and Part-Time Positions Available.

Working Conditions (travel, hours, environment)
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally exposed to a warehouse environment and moving vehicles. The noise level in the work environment is typically moderate to noisy.
Physical/Sensory Requirements
Physical Work – Ability exert 30 – 60 pounds of force occasionally, and or 20-30 pounds of force frequently, and/or greater than negligible up to 20 pounds of force constantly to lift, carry push, pull, or otherwise move objects. The employee is often required to use their hands and fingers, to handle or feel. The employee is frequently required to stand, walk, reach with arms and hands, climb or balance, and to stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl.
